- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Employer Branding: Promote India's brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of the recruitment process.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices are in line with India's policies and labor laws.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
- Negotiation: Ability to handle compensation negotiations and offer closures effectively.
