We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing In-charge to lead our Piped Natural Gas (PNG) registration drive. If you are a field-sales enthusiast who thrives on community engagement and door-to-door outreach, we want to hear from you!

The Role

Your mission is to grow our domestic customer base. You will be the face of the company in residential neighborhoods, turning potential leads into registered households.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Field Campaigns: Drive door-to-door marketing initiatives and meet monthly registration targets.

  • Community Relations: Build strong rapport with housing society office bearers and local influencers.

  • Agency Management: Coordinate with Direct Marketing Agencies (DMAs) to ensure performance and quality standards.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all registrations and provide progress updates to management.

  • Problem Solving: Address customer queries on-site and use persuasive skills to close registrations.

Who You Are

  • Experience:

    • MBA with 1+ year of sales/marketing experience OR

    • Graduate degree with 3+ years in retail sales.

    • Note: Extensive door-to-door selling experience can override formal degree requirements.

  • Skills: Strong persuasion abilities, knowledge of local residential markets, and high attention to detail for documentation.

  • Mindset: Ethical, result-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
