Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients via telesales to generate interest in real estate properties.
- Provide detailed information about properties, features, and pricing.
- Qualify leads and identify potential buyers' needs and preferences.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Indian real estate market is a plus.
