Responsibilities• recruitment support: assist with posting job ads on various platforms, screening resumes,scheduling interviews, and conducting background or reference checks• onboarding & offboarding: coordinate orientation sessions for new hires, preparewelcome materials, ensure all new-hire paperwork is completed, and manage exitformalities for departing staff• employee record maintenance: update and maintain digital and physical personnel
