Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing</p><p>processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time</p><p>tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.</p><p>2. Provides an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing</p><p>processes. Serves as the initial point of contact for customers by receiving incoming</p><p>requests via multiple methods for human resource-related information</p><p>3. Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy, the ability to complete tasks with</p><p>high levels of precision.</p><p>4. Resolves customer requests by use of knowledge, FAQ database, scripts, tools, and</p><p>necessary resources.</p><p>5. Meets established quality and volume goals (SLAs) by gathering and providing</p><p>complete information, entering accurate data into required systems, and maintaining</p><p>prompt response rates. </p><p>6. Participates in continuous improvement activities, identifying areas for process</p><p>simplification and efficiency.</p><p>7. Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed</p><p>customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service directly or indirectly.</p><p>8. The position manages the completion of own work assignments and coordinates</p><p>work with others.</p><p>9. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation (Mandatory)</p><p>10. Working experience in HR Shared Service with a minimum of 2 years of mandatory</p><p>Workday system experience.</p><p>11. Should be willing to work from the office all 5 days of the week.</p><p>12.
