Roles & Responsibilities:<br /> Tax Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Advance Tax payments as per statutory requirements.<br /> Tax Planning & Advisory: Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for real estate transactions, capital gains, and corporate tax optimization while ensuring compliance with tax laws.<br /> Assessment & Litigation: Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation matters with tax authorities, coordinating with legal and tax consultants for dispute resolution.<br /> Transaction Structuring: Provide tax guidance on real estate transactions, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), land acquisitions, and leasing arrangements to                  optimize tax impact.<br /> Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for tax audits, ensurecompliance with changing tax laws (like amendments in the Income Tax Act), and managedocumentation for scrutiny.<h3>experience</h3>5

Ensure that Internal & External audit requirements are met and proper validation of accounts & prepare monthly variance report h. Ensure that all direct & indirect tax requirements are articulated & managed effectively i. Ensure quality reviews of GSC deliverables are conducted j.
