We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build strong talent pipelines that align with our company's culture and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone screens, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish selection criteria, and provide regular updates on hiring pipelines.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives to strengthen our brand presence.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the interview process.
ATS Maintenance: Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate).
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Sourcing Abilities: Proven track record of sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles using advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Negotiation: Experience managing and negotiating offer packages with candidates.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
