Key Responsibilities
· Follow up with the Primary Packing team to ensure timely conversion of materials and Finished Goods (FG) putaway
· Track and monitor packing movement across all stages to avoid delays from production to final dispatch
· Coordinate and collaborate with teams handling non-production parts and other support functions to ensure uninterrupted workflow
· Maintain continuous follow-up to avoid bottlenecks and delays in operations
· Identify issues in process flow and escalate for timely resolution
· Maintain proper records and reporting related to packing and dispatch activities
Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience
· 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing / Automobile Industry
Required Skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
· Ability to adapt and perform in critical situations and deadlines
· Good understanding of production and packing workflow
· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
