Role:Head of Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description: 

 Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
 Ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes with minimal disruptions
 Monitor KPIs such as TAT, delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction
 Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
 Drive expansion plans, network optimization, and capacity planning
 Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
 Establish SOPs and continuously improve operational processes
 Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
 Lead, mentor, and develop regional and functional operations teams
 Build a high-performance culture with focus on accountability and results
 Manage manpower planning and productivity optimization
 Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and service providers
 Negotiate contracts and ensure service level adherence
 Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR
