HR Associate - Learning & Competency Development
Job Description:
As an HR Associate, the primary responsibility will be to support HR management system, Learning &
Development initiatives, and competency development activities in line with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO...
14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022, ESG, SA8000, ISMS and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Compliance:
- Maintain HR documents and records related to QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, ESG, SA8000 & CSRs
- Conduct risk assessment for HR functions
- Maintain and update HR procedures and documentation (Level 1, 2, 3 & 4)
- Coordinate with IMS team for audits and compliance activities
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure NC closure within timelines
- Monitor effectiveness of HR systems and process compliance
- Handle document control, change management, and confidentiality processes
- Support ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives, documentation, reporting, and implementation
activities within HR functions
- Maintain and update ISMS records, policies, documents, and compliance-related trackers as per ISO
27001:2022 requirements
Learning & Competency Development:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business and functional requirements
- Support competency framework implementation for technical, behavioral, and leadership roles
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Track learning effectiveness and maintain training records & dashboards
- Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and employee capability-building initiatives
- Assist in succession planning and talent review activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous learning culture
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or
Competency Development
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry will be preferred
- Exposure to IMS standards, audits, and HR compliance activities preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Learning & Development processes
- Competency mapping and performance management
- HR analytics and dashboard reporting
- Document control and integrated management systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- MS Office - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms preferred
Education:
* MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
* BBA / BE with HR specialization can also be considered
