Human Resources Administration
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Process attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Handle expatriate logistics, including work visas and e-FRRO registrations.
Recruitment
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and background verification.
- Assist in organizing local career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
Training and Development
- Coordinate logistics and track participation for all internal, external, and mandatory compliance training sessions.
- Support cross-cultural orientation programs to align local staff with the corporate culture and maintain training resources.
Compliance
- Manage statutory filings (PF, ESI, Professional Tax) and ensure adherence to local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records to support internal/external audits, contract lifecycles, and workplace safety.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in the banking sector; experience working at a foreign bank in India is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and banking regulations applicable to foreign banks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi/Marathi; working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
