* Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.
* Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required.
* Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates. Requirements
* 1+ years' in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable - Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
