we are looking for a Human Resource Specialist for our People Operations team. This individual will:
Primary Responsibilities:
* Serve as the functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM, iCIMS, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Position Management, and payroll-related processes and integrations.
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring system availability, stable operations, accurate configuration, and effective controls.
- Provide Tier 3 production support for complex incidents. Lead root cause analysis and drive resolution through functional analysis, configuration, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
- Lead annual and cyclical HR system activities, including global absence setup, performance appraisal configuration, rating file loads, merit and compensation uploads, and other year-end or scheduled processes.
- Manage end-to-end enhancement delivery, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, functional specifications, UAT, regression testing, release readiness, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor and support integrations among PeopleSoft, iCIMS, payroll providers, performance management tools, self-service applications, and downstream systems. Investigate and resolve data or interface failures within agreed timelines.
- Lead PeopleSoft and iCIMS security administration, including access provisioning, role and permission reviews, segregation-of-duties controls, periodic access certification, audit evidence, and timely removal of access.
- Execute data quality controls, reconciliations, and regular audits across employee master data, positions, compensation, payroll inputs, organization structures, absence balances, and performance data.
- Support employee and manager self-service, onboarding, organizational changes, compensation transactions, position updates, payroll inputs, and high-volume or mass data loads.
- Produce quarterly BAAR reports and other recurring operational, audit, and compliance reporting. Ensure documentation and supporting evidence are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Identify and implement automation, standardization, and self-service opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance the user experience.
- Create and maintain process documentation, configuration records, test scripts, knowledge articles, operating procedures, training materials, and release documentation.
- Monitor service performance and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor HR Systems team members, provide functional guidance, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote consistent support and delivery practices.
- Contribute to HR technology strategy, system upgrades, integration initiatives, vendor coordination, and broader transformation programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, functional support, implementation, or HR technology delivery, including substantial hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, Position Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Manager and Employee Self-Service, Security, and payroll-related processes.
- Hands-on experience supporting an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS, including recruiting, onboarding, reporting, security, and integration processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex production support, system enhancements, functional design, UAT, regression testing, release management, and production deployment.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, validation, and report development.
- Strong understanding of role-based access, security administration, audit compliance, data privacy, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
