Role purpose:

Join a high-performing Global Capability Centre - Talent Acquisition Operations team in Hyderabad and help deliver a seamless, compliant and engaging hiring experience across multiple geographies. In this role, you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, vetting partners and other stakeholders to manage key stages of the recruitment lifecycle - from requisition creation and job posting through offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding. You'll play an important role in ensuring every process is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed turnaround times. This is an opportunity to combine operational excellence, stakeholder management and data-driven insights while contributing to continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end operational support to recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from intake and requisition creation through to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data quality and process adherence.
• Prepare, generate and issue offer letters, coordinating approvals and following up with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Initiate and coordinate pre-employment checks, working closely with the vetting team and third-party providers to support timely completion.
• Monitor candidate progress through the recruitment and onboarding journey, ensuring outstanding actions are followed up promptly.
• Maintain accurate and accessible records of recruitment, vetting and onboarding documentation.
• Help ensure onboarding activities are completed consistently, accurately and in accordance with applicable controls and requirements.

• Build effective working relationships with recruitment teams, hiring managers, candidates, vetting partners and colleagues across different countries and time zones.
• Support the resolution of operational issues by investigating root causes, coordinating actions and following through to completion.

• Support the team with operational reporting, data analysis and insights to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement and transformation initiatives while continuing to deliver day-to-day responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 5 to 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Operations or a related field.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and requisition creation through to onboarding.
• Practical experience working with enterprise applicant tracking systems.
• Experience creating and posting job requisitions within agreed turnaround times.
• Experience preparing, issuing and extending offer letters.
• Experience coordinating background verification or pre-employment screening activities.
• Experience working with recruitment teams and stakeholders across different geographies is desirable.

Skills and capabilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling candidate data and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reports and operational metrics.
• Ability to multitask and deliver accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
