strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires
strategic planning, market development, and effective sales execution to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand market presence.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
Travel across the region extensively to develop new business opportunities and nurturing the
existing customers.
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
Drive sales growth and meet/exceed regional revenue targets.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve goals
and provide monthly report to the management on weekly basis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Able to understand the relationship b/w OEM and End-user to provide tailored solution as per
the customer requirements
Address customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and support technical discussions.
Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
4. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide insights and feedback to the management for strategic decision-making.
Identify gaps in the market and suggest new product opportunities.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Engage with application and support team to gain product knowledge to create impactful
presentations to customers as per the projects
Conduct training sessions for the customer at site for knowledge transfer
Work closely with marketing, service, and application team for seamless operations.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, lasers, or related B2B
sectors.
Skills:
o Strong sales and negotiation skills.
o Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
o Excellent presentation skills
o Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making.
o Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
