Sales Operations: Ensure timely reporting, stock management at the CFA level, and effective implementation of trade marketing schemes.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 11+ years of core sales experience in the FMCG or Food industry.
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Leadership: Proven experience in managing large, multi-layered sales teams
across diverse geographies.
