 Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers.
 Distribution Management: Appoint new distributors and strengthen existing channel partner relationships to ensure product availability in urban and rural
markets.
 Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to provide actionable feedback to the leadership team.
 Sales Operations: Ensure timely reporting, stock management at the CFA level, and effective implementation of trade marketing schemes.
Candidate Profile
 Experience: Minimum 11+ years of core sales experience in the FMCG or Food industry.
 Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
 Leadership: Proven experience in managing large, multi-layered sales teams
across diverse geographies.
