1. Indirect core expertise must- any commodity or services is ok
2. People in direct purchase will not have much experience in indirect purchasing. They work in very limited area Communication skills

Key Selection Criteria:

• Candidates must have exclusive and hands-on experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Profiles with mixed Direct + Indirect sourcing exposure will not be recommended for further evaluation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.

Target Talent Pool (Preferred):

 managing indirect spend for enterprise customers.

• Candidates from manufacturing / automobile organizations may also be evaluated, provided they have clear and dedicated indirect sourcing experience.
