<p>Required skills:</p><p>Master’s degree in accounting or finance.  CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA Finance from reputed universities.</p><p>§  6+ years of experience in Finance preferably in FP&A from MNC’s Captive Finance Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers.</p><p>§  Minimum 5 Years of experience in Supply Chain Finance specially in manufacturing finance at a global/business unit level.</p><ul><li>Prior working experience in MNC’s Captive Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers or in Indian reputed Product based manufacturing companies.</li><li>Prior experience in supply chain analytics for Pharma/ lab supplies industry, chemical research, chemical technology or automobile companies preferred.</li><li>Six Sigma or Lean training preferred, but not mandatory.</li></ul><p>§  A working knowledge of the wide-ranging aspects of the supply chain such as sourcing logistics, product costing,  spend analytics, should cost anlaysis etc.</p><p> </p><p>Working experience in manufacturing & Warehouse environment is mandatory</p><ul><li>Transformation mindset - Open to accept, adopt, absorb the change in way of working, structure and Content.</li><li>Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
