The Product nBU offerings will be supported by enabler functions in the form of logistics support for fulfilment of aforementioned goods and qualified financing as wellAs the nBU head, you’ll be leading teams for each of the above sub-nBU’s from 3 divisions, P-B-D i.e. Product, Business and Delivery) and taking ownership of the product nBU. In this role, you’ll be directly reporting to the CEORoles & Responsibilities:End-to-end ownership of the nBUOwnership of nBU level P&L Set long term vision, ambition and goal for the nBU and own the execution for the sameLead, coach and work closely with a team of PBD (Product, Business and Delivery) leads for the nBUDevelop new products / capabilities for the BU backed by a thorough understanding of market needs and consumer insightsEnsure product market fit by understanding the TAM, TG persona, customer pain points and motivations to buyEnsure appropriate channel preparedness to go-to-marketDefine product capabilities to fit market needs and channel characteristicsDesign appropriate hooks in the products to ensure lead conversion and long-term stickiness and embed value realization triggersDevelop business strategies for both buyer and seller onboarding and execute the same with the central business functionDetermine strategy for driving high repeat visits, stickiness and engagement with EB’s participating in the nBUDetermine strategy and framework to evaluate and identify RM segments to prioritize for demand aggregationDetermine strategy and framework to evaluate and identify quality OEM partners to support demand aggregation.Determine engagement, governance and operating mechanism to ensure high quality experience for customers on platform while interacting with sellersDesign end to end product, business and delivery strategy roadmap for creating a compelling leads offering across our 3 productsDevelop, own and execute GTM plan for the nBU including - customer acquisition, sales roll out, marketing strategy, pricing & packaging etcDefine delivery approach and ensure it is built as part of the product design; Own and deliver product specific delivery functions within nBUDeploy high quality frictionless goods and products journey, with both large enterprises and EB’s fully integrated Design and drive automation for higher production adoptionLeverage the central business, engineering and delivery functions to execute the strategiesBuild required partnerships and alliancesDevelop strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders including CEO and functional leaders – CBO, CPO, CTO and CDOAt least 10 years of experience of working in B2B marketplace business in leading development, GTM, marketing, partnerships and roadmap and taking ownership of the P&L of multiple productsProven ability to use customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to superior products for customersProven ability to engage, energize, influence, and enable large, cross-functional teams. Effective in a matrixed, distributed, and fast-moving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication and structured presentation skillsHigh degree of self-starting initiative and organizationAbility to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive resultsHigh level of organizational focus and ability to work under pressureAbility to see the bigger picture
