      Job Description:The Senior Service Cloud Analyst serves Citrix by supporting Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation systems and processes. As a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible to work with business, IT and vendors to lead working sessions, analyze business and data requirements, and assist with designing solutions on Salesforce.com Services Cloud platform. This person responsible for independently working with the Services organization to improve overall efficiency and increase adoption.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:• Maintain and support the objectives of current Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Sales Force Automation• Demonstrate proficient level of business acumen to identify and communicate impacts to departmental stakeholders and/or other platforms or business process owners• Independently manage day to day work assignment, completions, follow-up and related deliverables.
