If you career goal is to land up with an existing job and shun your mundane corporate profile in pursuit of your passion, startup may still be your best bet experts says. The deferring of hiring of fresh recruits by Flipkart, India's largest e-commerce market place and a unicorn, has raised compelling concern over job security with some startups.

Saket Modi, the 25 year old CEO of Lucideus Tech, a company that provide IT risk assessment and digital security service, believe that the experience and the learning that one gets at a startup is something which cannot be achieved in a conventional set up even if the startup fails. "The five years are just warm up for your career,the real career starts after ten years" says Modi, who believes the process of metamorphosis can only happen when the beginning is the toughest.
