Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
•10 - 15 years of Accounts Payable experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
•Experience with multi-national companies required and Global Business Services preferred.
•Proficiency in transition and stabilization of business processes.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
•Ability to build trust-based relationships and present diverse perspectives.
•Strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
•Advanced proficiency in key systems/tools such as SAP or ERP systems, Accounts Payable Workflows, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience working in a dynamic, global environment and willingness to adapt their schedule to accommodate meetings and collaboration across different time zones are essential qualities for this role.
