Position Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Department: Marketing and Communications
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in market research, content creation, social media management, SEO, SEM, and client communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with different departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audiences for our business segments.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Presentations and Content:
- Develop compelling and visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
- Create high-quality content for various marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Social Media Content Creation and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across different platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Develop and execute SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Use analytical tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.
- Client Communication:
- Handle basic client communication tasks as needed, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Support client meetings and presentations, providing insights and updates on project progress.
- Assist in the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a related role.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and SEM.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have flair for content writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or Moz.
