Role: Quality Analyst
Location: Chennai, India
Requirements:
· 2+year in an international BPO, working as a voice service rep
·Open to work late (3pm to 12am)
·Fast learner and responsible in completing the task within TAT.
·Experience in QA is added advantage.
·Good Communication, should be able to articulate their thoughts in words.
·Any Graduate, B.E/B. Tech preferred
Responsibility:
·Listen/Audit calls by the call centre agents
·Needs to give feedback on the audited calls.
·Work on creating and publishing reports for stakeholders and Vendors.
·Good at problem solving and logical thinking.
