2. Manage the calendars of Finance Hub Leadership, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and making travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for Finance Hub Leadership.

1. Project Coordination:

1. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of departmental projects and initiatives.
2. Coordinate project meetings, compile meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

1. Communication Liaison:

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and directing inquiries appropriately.
2. Facilitate communication flow between Finance Hub Leadership, team members, and stakeholders across multiple global locations.
3. Draft and distribute departmental announcements, memos, and other communications as needed.

1. Administrative Management:

1. Manage administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and supply inventory.
2. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for departmental documents and records.
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, providing support and guidance as needed.

1. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and planning efforts.
2. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and documentation for Finance Hub Leadership meetings and presentations.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives, considering global perspectives and requirements.
