Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering .
At least 10 to 12 years of direct experience in process engineering and static equipments design within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g.,HTRI, Aspen HYSYS, UniSim).
Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
Experience with process safety management systems and hazard analysis techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage the Design team.
