Job description:-
- Troubleshooting of faults in packing machines (Hassia/Uflex/Nichrome)/Automatic packing lines & modifications as per requirement
- calibration/maintenance and troubleshoots faults in all process instruments ( LT,TT,PT,FT, On/off valves/Control valves and analytical instruments)
- Knowledge of all types of weighing scales & weighing machines (Precia, JISL,Mettler and check weigher/ shipper weigher) and their calibration & maintenance
- Executing preventative maintenance/inspections on all instrumentation equipments
- Knowledge of printing machines(CIJ/TIJ) videojet make
- Knowledge of all types of sensors used in packing machines
- Knowledge of usage of all calibrating instruments( Pressure calibrator,Temp. bath)
- Independently able to handle the plants in shifts
- Work Knowledge of PLC/DCS (Rockwell & emerson) systems
- Knowledge of all documentation work of instrumentation
- Knowledge of 5S and Work permit system
Experience:- 2 to 4 years (ITI )
