Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in Vendor Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End IT Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive rates and quality service.
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Use analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment and vendor management.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
