- Technical, Safety, Environmental and Financial operation of Ruby FPSO including associated operations and base office.
- Responsible to the Client for contractual obligations, actively monitor and handle contractual and commercial issues related to the operation of the Unit, including subcontracts with suppliers.
- Performance of Ruby Operations in accordance with Budget and agreed Targets / Goals.
- Effective utilization of offshore and onshore resources including support functions to achieve ‘Zero Harm’ and cost efficiency.
- Compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies and procedures and Class / Flag state requirements.
- Actively evaluate and propose new business opportunities to the Client in close cooperation with relevant parties Commercial / Bids, Business Development.
- Provide experience feedback to the Asset Management and actively contribute to the sharing of best practices.
- Master’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be acceptable.
- Previous experience working in a similar role for an Operating Company.
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment is desirable.
- Should have twenty(20) years experience within offshore/marine industry, with at least 3 years in FPSO operations management as OIM or in other senior roles; should include offshore experience

- Operational / Asset Integrity including Performance Standard requirement.
