1. Job Purpose/Objectives:
Front Line Manager managing the front-line sales team including distributor and ISR / Distributor Salesman
2. Reporting Relationships / Organization
Initial stage of Managerial cadre -
2nd level of sales hierarchy-
Upward relation – ASM- SH- RSM-BH-GM
Downward relation – TSI-SO-ISR/Promoters
3. Dimensions e.g. Targets, budgets, staff numbers:
1) Sales Planning 2) Sales Allocation 3) Sales Review & monitoring
4) Feedback & Corrective Action 5) Planning and Execution of new product launch
4. Principal Responsibilities:
- To achieve targeted sales revenue
