Key Responsibilities
Contractual Workforce Management
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for contractual workforce.
• Share job descriptions and mandates with consultants.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers for interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and finalizations.
Full-Time Employees Recruitment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for full-time positions.
• Oversee the offer release process.
• Notify the payroll team about new hires.
• Manage hiring processes through internal onboarding tools.
• Plan cross functional induction schedule for new joiners.
HR Operations
• Prepare employee letters.
• Manager new vendor/ consultants’ registration, compliance, and purchase order requests
• Coordination and management of corporate card program with the banking partner,
including new card applications.
• Ensure HR data compliance with legal and company policies.
• Manage compliance data and ensure adherence to establishment compliance requirements
in coordination with the compliances’ consultant.
• Coordinating for employee grievances
• Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with
business goals.
