Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitors. Analyze customer needs and demands to develop targeted product strategies.
- Handling a Team of Sales Engineer
- Devise and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market presence for lab chemicals and supplies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, lead generation
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness about our lab chemicals, research chemicals, and supplies. Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to showcase our products.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the pricing team to determine competitive and profitable pricing strategies for various products in the lab chemicals and supplies category.
