Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Data & Analytics team and help create seamless and engaging user experiences across our visualization platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user satisfaction through thoughtful interaction design.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve interface designs.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
