      Job DescriptionAs a part of the application services team, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer focused service - encompassing SAP (S4HANA) application platform and its modules. IndiGo is currently implementing SAP S4HANA and will Go Live from 1st Jan 2022. This role has to manage platform availability, 2nd level support (24x7) and release management through suppliers, 3rd level support from the OEM (SAP).He /she will provide a highly effective, proactive and responsive SAP support service to customers, ensuring that the SAP Modules especially FI CO and MM operate efficiently (S4HANA), reliably and to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. Key Responsibilities·        Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide the best practice recommendations especially for FICO and MM module.
