Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on our diagnostic machines such as:- Cell Counter, ABG Analyzer, Electrolyte Analyzer, Coagulation Analyzer etc, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in the field.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: If applicable, lead and mentor a sales team within the territory,providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecaststo track progress and performance.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions forhealthcare professionals and potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of ourdiagnostic machines. Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any relevant field. (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record in sales, particularly within the medical field and diagnostic machinesegment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
