Responsibilities:
Conducting meetings / workshops with business teams to gather requirements.
Requirements analysis and requirements documentation - Create detailed documentation
including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Development of new / documentation of existing business process flow / DFDs / ER
Diagrams
Building wireframes / GUI mock-ups using any of the tools / excel / power point
Converting requirements into traceability matrix
Converting requirements into test cases
Hand-on testing as per the test case
Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers,
vendors, and partners.
Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows,
project plans, and status reports.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented
solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high
quality.
Requirements:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
Minimum qualification - graduate
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in business analyst role
Good technical understanding of software – architecture, development process
Experience in building wireframes / GUI mock-ups using any of the tools / excel / power
point
Familiarity with one programming language Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and
technological capabilities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and
challenges.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for
technical teams.
Minimum of two full life cycle projects playing business analyst role
Good English communication skills - written and verbal
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in Insurance domain or BFSI domain will be an added advantage
