Position : Coke Oven ProjectJob location : KarnatakaSalary : 25 LPA Job responsibilities : Should have extensive experience of Coke Oven E&A project, Operation and Maintenance • Must have been involved in Finalization of E&A Technology of Coke Oven Project, selection, preparation of Project Budget, preparation of Project DPR, Statutory compliances, vendor selection, feasibility analysis etc. • Experience of managing large cross-functional/departmental projects • Experience of handling E&A package for Coke Oven of > 3 MTPA capacity or involved in the setting up of Coke Oven >3 MTPA steel plant. • Strong on ground experience of Coke Oven project execution. • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment • Ability to analysis the Electrical faults, must have strong knowledge of protection system , ability to prepare the CAPA etc Role and Responsibilities • Lead E&A Section for Coke Oven Project execution. • Work with dept. head to prepare detailed project plans • Develop a budget and operating plan for the projects • Monitor and track execution as per the plan • Ensure execution of projects within budgeted time and cost • Ensure all strategic and tactical goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance • Identify risks and put in place risk mitigation plan • Proactively identify and highlight risks of delays to the Director • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions • Ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders • Interface with external consultants/ vendors/ agencies etc. for ensure seamless communication and timely execution of engagements • Any other work assigned to you from time to time ...
