Responsible for P&L, products margin, and sales management.
Establish business goals and milestones to realise business growth for India & South Asia region.
Advocate operational excellence; be able to bring the big ideas into practice in India & South Asia market with workable strategies and pragmatic action plans.
Identify market opportunities by assessing market trends, reading customers’ needs, analysing competitormoves, monitoring policies dynamics; can translate market intelligence into operational plans.
Improve and expand existing business models to adapt to the market and technology change andevolution.
Develop mid-long term business strategy and annual plan with clear priorities and operational relevance.
Develop further business process and marshal business resources in a highly cost-effective manner.
Build a vigorous channel management strategy and system to support the business expansion from geographical and portfolio perspectives.
Establish pricing management strategy plan to foresee and prepare for the pricing challenges that may come in future.
Build a strong industry network and strengthen company’s image amongst stakeholders from blood centers, hospitals and Bio-tech companies to actively engage or positively influence industry standards.
In the absence of complete information or difficult and sophisticated situation, to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions while taking care of the interest of the organisation and business.
With evolvement of business transformation, diagnose, foresee and cultivate the organization capabilities
which are critical for the success of business strategy implementation.
Coach and feedback on individual’s and team’s development, provide career direction to motivate and
