SKILL SET – QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CE/CRM implementation, configuration, system design.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 CE, including entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
·Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, including plugins, workflows, and custom development.
·Experience with data migration and integration tools and techniques.
·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
- Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C#; database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
- Strong knowledge of web based Technologies.
- Development/Installation experience on an IFD (On-premises) environment is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
·Lead and participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
·Customize and configure D365 CE to meet client-specific needs.
·Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and customizations as required.
·Provide expertise in data migration and integration between D365 CE and other systems.
·Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, user manuals, and process flowcharts.
·Conduct system testing, user training, and support during project delivery.
·Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
