Position Summary:
Analytix Solutions is seeking a seasoned creative leader for a hybrid Creative Marketing Director & General Manager of Marketing Delivery role. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this role requires senior-level creative marketing expertise, senior-level organizational and management skills, and a tremendous amount of vision and creativity. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience developing creative strategies, branding initiatives, paid media optimization, web redesign, and project management, across a growth-focused organization.
Solid experience managing a marketing delivery team consisting of graphic and web design, content development, SEO, PPC, and marketing operations resources is required. Candidates should have experience overseeing “the big picture” but also be comfortable lend a tactical hand where needed, as a hands-on designer and/or marketing unicorn who can jump in where and when needed. Experience working within a high-growth, agile marketing organization is a big plus.
Primary Responsibilities
- Working in close alignment with the Head of Marketing and Demand Generation, and the Head of Corporate Communications and Branding, you will oversee our Marketing Delivery team and all aligned initiatives including websites, digital advertising, social media, video / content, email marketing, and visual branding.
- Oversee visual marketing across all products and services, working across marketing, sales, and service-lines to develop and implement visually compelling, effective marketing campaigns.
- Help develop the vision, voice, and content of the brand, scaling the growth of the brand in both domestic and international markets.
- Manage a talented team of senior and junior marketing delivery resources including graphic design, web design, video design, content development, SEO, PPC, and marketing automation & operations teams.
- Manage relationships with marketing delivery vendors across paid media, design, operations vendors, etc.
- Track the success of all delivery programs to analyze and optimize how they impact revenue and brand awareness.
- Oversee project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking/monitoring, and quality management activities.
Qualifications
- BA or MA degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a creative director and marketing leader in a similar role.
- Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
- Experience creating integrated content and visually appealing multi-touch marketing campaigns across all marketing channels including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
- Proven ability to develop successful concepts with a strong creative vision and an eye on generating new business, driving prospects through an engaging buyer’s journey, exciting and retaining customers, and growing the brand thorough innovation and modernization.
- Have strong supervisory and leadership skills to lead, inspire, hire, develop, and oversee a creative team of diverse, talented creatives. Ability to develop teams and hold people accountable.
- Super-organized and a great communicator. Able to handle oversight of many areas and projects at once, while be able to adapt quickly and shift priorities when needed.

- Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, advancements in technology, and up to date on changes in marketing and best practices.
- Able to capture/identify the voice of the brand and help to establish that tool in all areas of our marketing and branding initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of advanced marketing tech tools and other technology-based solutions to help modernize processes and drive efficiencies.
- Experience working with HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Automation) and optimizing the marketing and sales funnel sales is critical.
