Job Description :
- Responsible to manage P& L of the IP.
• Create and deliver innovative programs that help to, generate leads; strengthen client relationships and builds sales opportunities.
• Revenue generation through various new streams viz- sponsorships, barter and alliances etc.
• Cashflow management.
• Responsible for inputs on concept planning and development of the properties to ensure competitive advantage over other players in the industry.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team, in designing marketing plans to ensure maximum ROI to sponsors.
• Brand Building, PR, Marketing
• Handling and managing the P&L of the projects.
• Project closures
• Debtors and creditors management
Personal Attributes
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Should have a proven track record of developing sustainable new business on consistent basis.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Should have led team of minimum 12-15 members.
• Candidates from industry exposure of Event sponsorship sales/ Channel sales/ Radio sales/ Entertainment & Music industry will be preferred.
• Well connected and Networked with excellent client relations.
Education Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing
