·Direct talent and people management efforts intended to recruit, retain, and develop high quality talent within our organization
·Elevate the standards and processes of people initiatives within the organization
·Collaborate with other leaders to create and implement strategic workforce planning within the organization
·Implement initiatives to cultivate diversity and inclusivity in terms of age, gender, culture, race, and sexual orientation
·Oversee the implementation of people development programs including leadership development and succession planning frameworks
·Responsible for the performance management cycle as per the organizational management framework
·Ensure quality of all internal communication, events, recognition and other programs which drive employee engagement
·Review and recommend changes to existing operating models, processes and HR tech to ensure operational efficiency
·Drive cultural change to embed agile and adaptable HR solutions across the organization
·Create and maintain positive employer brand equity and employee value proposition
