1) To achieve new sales in the Zinc Oxide division in both Domestic as well as Exports market.
2) Coordinate with factory as per requirement
3) Manage the sales documentation team as per requirement
4) Provide MIS data as per management requirement
5) Rate Negotiation and finalisation
6) Responsible for payment collection on time
7) Bringing additional sales to the company
8) Co-ordinating with major customers & distributors
9) Managing the team under him
10) Fully responsible for payment collection with the help of the team members under him
11) Ensuring the team is fully coordinating with the factory for order dispatches, production planning, etc.
12) Hiring more members as and when required
13) Attending exhibitions/conferences on behalf of the company
14) Monthly reporting to the Promoters on segment performance
15) Presenting MIS reports such as Sales analysis, Repeat-order analysis, Geographical sales comparison, etc.
