Job Title: Human Resource - Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Training and Development
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Implement leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Performance Management
- Develop and administer an effective appraisal system.
- Work with managers to set performance objectives and ensure regular feedback.
- Address performance issues and facilitate employee development plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote fair treatment and employee well-being.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices and legal standards.
- Maintain employee records and documentation as per statutory requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Oversee administration of employee benefit programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and reports to inform management decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
