Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee end-to-end recruitment & onboarding of candidates for all support functions and manufacturing units, as well as all business verticals like consumer products, illumination, power distribution and power transmission.
·Develop innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets in line with business requirements.
·Explore various talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
