1. Should be proficient in duties of Authorised Officer under SARFAESI Act, 2002 viz taking
physical possession, assisting in settlement talks with borrowers.
2. Should be able to draft notices under Section 13(2) and 13(4) and applications under Section
14 of the SARFAESI Act and service them/get them serviced.

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
4. Should be able to handle matters relating to Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act,
1881.
5. To be able to undertake Corporate/General Compliances, Conduct of Due Diligence, draw up
contracts and vet legal documents.
6. Brief and assist Senior Counsels in matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court,
APTEL, NCLT, NCLAT and other forums.
7. Should be able to help/brief Advocates in matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court,
APTEL, NCLAT, NCLT, DRAT, DRT and District Courts of Delhi as well as various courts pan
India.
8. Be able to help in drafting Suits, Written Statement, Replications, Applications, Rejoinder,
Affidavits, Appeals, Writ Petitions, Counter Affidavits, SLPs, Legal Notices, SARFAESI Notices,
Original Applications, Statement of Claims, Consumer Complaints and the related works.
9. Should be able to use research software such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
10. Should be able to compile periodic internal corporate reports and reporting to Head Office.
Should have good presentation skills, be proactive and responsive to the requirements of the ARC.
