- Must have Master’s/Graduate (MSc./B.Tech -Food Technology) from a recognised Institute / University.
- Must have knowledge of GFSI recognised FSMS systems like FSSC 22000, BRC etc and must be familiar with
- relevant compliance audits according to these FSMS standards.
- Should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in food, Pharma or similar industry.
- Safety is first approach – Must have knowledge about Incident reporting.
- To supervise, schedule, evaluate, train, and motivate the team. Prior supervisory experience is required.
- Must have Knowledge of Hygiene & Sanitation process.
- Must be able to do shift planning and scheduling.
- Must have Knowledge of TPM, TQM, HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, GHP, Lean Manufacturing (certification will be
- added advantage), CCP, 5S, Kaizen, Packaging Methods, Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (ISO) &
- other personnel /process safety related norms, etc
- Must be proficient in use of computer & in various applications like MS office, etc
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
- Must be able to work in extreme environments (cold, hot, humid, and slippery).
