Maintaining personal files and updating them as and when required.
Preparation of Leave Statement, leave abstracts & Over Time.
Pay roll inputs i.e. (Joiners, deleting resigned ones, increments, Promotions and Overtime.)

Handling Statutory Compliance’s (Including wages, contract Labors Acts, Bonus act, and Gratuity act) etc.
Interacting with Labour Department, Registration, Professional Tax and other Statutory Matters.
Maintaining Attendance & Leave Records database according to the Factory Act.
Responsible for Bio-Metric Attendance report.
Maintaining of Muster roll cum wages Register as per the Minimum wage Act 1948. Maintaining of Bonus Register as per the Bonus Act & ensure the submission to Govt. Authority.
Liaison with the external lawyers and consultants for legal and regulatory matters.
Manages human resources operations by counseling and disciplining staff.
Drafting various circular letters to the other departments and to the external agencies.
Manpower Planning and Policy Implementation at Plant.
Responsible for and updated maintenance of all personnel records to be dealt with in time and action ensured on due dates.
Ensuring proper Management /Staff relation must reflect team problems to the Management on time to time.
Rendering thrust upon the safety and Health matters and implementation of measures.
Preparing monthly MIS for HR – Personnel Dept.
