Development of new product opportunities within the defined State/Region/Area and segments
- Cold Calling/Generating leads in Key and Target Accounts in defined segments

- Liasioning and Relationship development - EPC, System Integrators, :Partners handling Large
projects Generating Leads from Mid-Market, Corporates, Named Accounts, Govt and other verticals.
Executing sales strategy for the region in consultation with Country Head
Operating within the set of pre-set guidelines for pricing and other Company Policies
Expanding existing customer base
Perform other duties/projects as assigned and as per Organization Policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of
education, training and experience; engineering experience highly desired.
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales, business development preferable. Knowledge of Security & Surveillance
and IT products shall be an advantage though not mandatory. Also if any prior experience in BFSI,
Hospitality Industry shall be preferred
Good writing abilities
Good interpersonal and Customer service skills; ability to interface with personnel from various
departments and levels;
Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with spreadsheets (Excel preferred) and word processing (Word preferred);
Experience with any Sales CRM desired
Ability to build technical understanding of products and their applications
Ability to learn from successes and failures and to put best practices into action, applying them
throughout organization;
