• Develop and maintain reports using SQL in Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and Payroll modules
• Development of custom BI Publisher reports and OTBI analysis and dashboards
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion tables and security module
• Experienced in gathering requirements and analyzing HR and Payroll data

• Be part of challenging projects, working closely together with internal project teams (in HR and outside of HR) across the world, as well as
implementation partners
• Testing and migrating reports into various environments
• Updating and management of custom reports in line with releases to ensure reports remain stable Experience & Skills:
Must have:
• Good communication and interaction skills with business users across the global team.
• Very strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and Payroll modules – minimum 2 projects.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to adapt SQL queries.
• Ability to build custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI, analysis and drill down reports.
• Hands on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports, RTF Templates and Excel Templates.
• Experience working in Sandbox environment.
• Must have experience with scheduling report jobs and bursting BIP reports to end users
Nice to have:
• Oracle Analytics and data visualization experience
