RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Module knowledge and hands-on experience and expertise
a) Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (R12) modules including
AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Bill of Materials, HR,
Resource Allocation,
Timesheets, Project Accounting, and Reporting.

b) Provide subject matter expertise in these modules and offer guidance to end-users.
2. ERP System Maintenance
a) Manage and maintain the Oracle ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
b) Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues promptly.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address technical and functional
challenges.
3. Upgrade to latest Oracle ERP version as and when Oracle releases a new version
a) Lead, manage and execute the upgrade process to migrate the existing Oracle ERP system to
the latest version, as and when new versions of Oracle ERP are available and are procured.
b) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Oracle support to ensure a seamless transition.
c) Implement new features and functionalities available in the upgraded version.
4. Customization and Development
a) Collaborate with the end-users and other Internal System modules (outside the ERP system)
to design, develop, test, and implement customizations as per business requirements.
b) Ensure that customizations align with best practices and do not disrupt the core functionality

5. Integration and Data Migration
a) Manage and execute the integration of Oracle ERP with other systems and applications, as
and when required.
b) Manage and execute data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
6. User Training and Support
a) Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Oracle ERP
features.
b) Provide ongoing support to users and address their queries or issues related to the ERP
system.
7. Documentation
a) Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and system
processes.
b) Update documentation regularly to reflect changes made to the system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent)
ii. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, maintenance, and
upgrades
iii. Proficient in Oracle ERP modules including AP, AR, GL, Project Accounting, HR, Resource
Allocation, Timesheets, Invoicing, and Reporting
iv. Strong technical skills with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, XML Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle
Reports, etc.
v. Work experience in developing and maintaining RICE components and forms is added
advantage
vi. Proven experience in leading ERP system upgrades to the latest versions
vii. Hands-on experience in Analysis, Design, preparing Process Flows, and Testing
viii. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
ix. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
x. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
